Refund Policy

1. Digital Products & Services
Due to the nature of digital products and custom software development services, AxomWebify LLP handles refunds on a case-by-case basis. Once custom development work has commenced or a digital product has been accessed/downloaded, it generally cannot be returned or fully refunded.
2. Milestone Payments
For custom development projects, we typically work on a milestone payment basis. Payments made for completed and approved milestones are non-refundable. If a project is cancelled during an ongoing milestone, we will calculate the refund based on the pro-rata work completed.
3. SaaS Subscriptions
For our SaaS platforms (like Axom EduOS), subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account.
4. Requesting a Refund
If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to exceptional circumstances, please contact our support team at support@axomwebify.com within 14 days of the transaction. Please provide your invoice number, a detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund, and any supporting documentation.
